Bri specializes in using body work to heal from stress, anxiety, and depression.  Her goal is to help her clients find healing where needed, understand themselves and how they best operate, change areas of self-sabotage, and be able to listen to their intuition.  Through this journey, she assists her clients in expanding into the person they want to be.

Bri believes that as whole beings, we cannot separate our mind, body, and emotions if we want true health.  As every person is different with unique life stories and modes of operating, every person also requires a unique path to heal and grow, and our bodies are an incredible and honest tool to quickly and accurately discover this path.  Each session is focused on the individual in front of her, and techniques used depends on what presents within each session. Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of psychological acupressure based on the same energy meridian points as traditional acupuncture.  Tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you think about your specific problem (traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc.) and voice positive affirmations. Read more...
