What does a session look like?
Your job is to tell me what you've been experiencing, and I help you with the rest, using somatic techniques to guide us through the process. While every person and issue is cared for individually, and the timing of relief depends on many factors, my clients regularly report leaving each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and centered.
