What does a session look like?
We start by talking about what you've been experiencing lately, then use various techniques to guide us and help us explore deeper to get to the source.
While every person and every issue is cared for individually, and the timing of relief depends on many factors; my clients regularly report leaving each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and centered.
