Why choose a mind-body therapy approach?

Stress responses such as fear, anger, grief and many others can negatively affect us long after the event that caused them.  When our body fails to "let go" of these responses, we can find ourselves involuntarily engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors, destructive beliefs, phobias, and even experiencing chronic physical problems.  For this reason, we include your body's experience in the emotional healing.

How do we start?

Contact me!  You choose: call, text, email or fill out my contact form.  You just need to reach out, and I'll guide us through the rest. We will either schedule a FREE 15 minute phone/video consult, or schedule your Intake Session if you are eager to begin.

 

We will discuss what is going on for you and what you are looking for, and go from there.

What does a session look like?

We start by talking about what you've been experiencing lately, then use various techniques to guide us and help us explore deeper to get to the source.

 

While every person and every issue is cared for individually, and the timing of relief depends on many factors; my clients regularly report leaving each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and centered.

What techniques are used?

Aside from using standard therapy approaches, I use with my clients:

  • Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET)

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - also known as Tapping

  • Mindfulness Techniques

  • Muscle testing to identify stress origins​

  • Nutrition Response Testing (NRT)
