A Holistic Approach
A Different Kind of Therapy

Most therapy focuses on thoughts and insight.  And while that can be helpful, many people still feel stuck, because the patterns they're trying to change aren't just in the mind.  They're in the nervous system and the body.

My approach is different.

I integrate traditional therapy with nervous system regulation, somatic healing, emotional processing techniques, and holistic health support - so we're not just talking about change, we're helping your system actually experience it.

This means we can work on multiple levels at once:

  • Understanding your thoughts and patterns

  • Processing emotional responses at their root

  • Supporting your body in coming out of stress mode

  • Addressing underlying physical imbalances that impact how you feel

For many clients, this is the piece that's been missing.

Holistic therapy means we're not just focusing on one piece of the puzzle. We're looking at the full picture of you - your thoughts, your emotions, your body, and your overall health - because all of it is connected.

When one area is out of balance, it often shows up everywhere else. So instead of trying to "fix" just one symptom, we work in a way that supports your entire system.

MIND

Understanding Patterns & Creating Clarity

We start by bringing awareness to your thoughts, patterns, and beliefs - especially ones that may be contributing to anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. I then help you make sense of what's happening internally, while also building tools that create more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

EMOTIONS

Understanding and Releasing What's Beneath the Surface

Many of our emotional reactions are rooted in older experiences or beliefs we adapted in order to cope - often without even realizing it.

Using targeted techniques like Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), we're able to access and shift patterns that aren't always reachable through talk therapy alone.

BODY

Nervous-System Regulation & Somatic Healing

Stress, anxiety, trauma, and grief don't just live in the mind - they live in the body.

Through somatic (body-based) approaches, grounding techniques, and nervous system support, we help your body move out of chronic stress and into greater sense of safety, regulation, and ease.

HEALTH

Supporting Mental Health Through the Body

Your physical health plays a significant role in how you feel emotionally.

Unlike most therapy approaches, I also look at how your physical health may be impacting your mental and emotional state. I incorporate Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) and guidance around whole-food supplementation to better include how stress, inflammation, or imbalances may be impacting your mood and energy.

This allows us to support your mental health from the inside out.

LIFESTYLE

Creating Sustainable, Supportive Change

Healing doesn't just happen in sessions - it's supported by what happens in your daily life.

Together we identify small, meaningful shifts in routines, boundaries, and habits that help regulate your nervous system and support long-term wellbeing.

GROWTH

Beyond Coping - Moving Toward Lasting Change

My goal isn't just to help you manage symptoms.

It's to support you in creating lasting change so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life.

As we work together, we naturally move through different phases:

Stabilization > Healing > Growth > Maintenance

Each phase builds on the next, helping you develop the tools and self-trust to not just get through challenges - but to truly thrive.

Why This Approach Stands Out

Many people come to this work after trying traditional therapy, but still feeling like something hasn't fully shifted. Not because they're doing anything wrong - but because insight alone isn't always enough.

By combining mind, body, and holistic approaches, we're able to create change that feels more complete, more natural, and more efficient.

This isn't about working harder.  It's about working in a way your system actually responds to.
