Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body approach that helps identify and release the emotional stress that can become “stuck” in the body. Sometimes, even after we’ve processed an experience mentally, our bodies can still hold onto the emotional charge — keeping us in patterns of tension, anxiety, or discomfort without us realizing it.
NET works by helping to uncover the connection between our emotions, physical sensations, and past experiences. Using gentle muscle testing and focused awareness, we can trace where stress responses originated and help the body naturally let go of them. The goal isn’t to relive the past, but to free the body from old emotional imprints so it can return to balance.
Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, or more at ease after NET sessions — as if a weight they didn’t realize they were carrying has been lifted.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) — often called tapping — is a gentle, evidence-based method that helps calm the nervous system and release emotional stress stored in the body. It combines elements of modern psychology with principles from traditional Chinese medicine.
During EFT, you use your fingertips to lightly tap on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body while focusing on a particular emotion, thought, or experience. This process helps reduce the body’s stress response, making it easier to feel grounded, think clearly, and respond to life’s challenges with more balance and ease.
Research has shown EFT can help decrease anxiety, improve mood, and support healing from past trauma or limiting beliefs. Many clients find it to be a practical tool they can use both in sessions and on their own — helping them feel calmer and more in control, even in stressful moments.
